I worked with Phil for a show that took place this past weekend. Let me start by saying the entire experience taught me more then I had learned in my previous 10 years of training. The training and nutrition principles were simple yet unique to anything I had done before. I had competed in a few shows before and always dieted using a carb cycling aproach. Needless to say Phil's method is vastly different to what i had done in the past. I came to Phil quite out of shape. With his tutelage, I was able to achieve a level of conditioning that quite honestly suprised the hell out of me. I came into my show much harder and bigger then i had ever been in the past. Most importantly I had fun getting ready for the show. I never felt weak or felt like I was suffering. I felt healthy for the entire prep. I cannot give Phil enough praise for his help and it is by far the best money I have ever spent on bodybuilding. The bottom line is that his training works, his diet works, LBAs work, the man knows what the hell he is doing! I am on the right in the back double bi shot and the left center on the overhead abdominal
