Whats up, im 5'8" 180lbs under 10% BF lfting on and off for 5 years hardcore for past 3 years. im into cardio and lifting mainly for my job good looks and just the way i feel great, imy job is very physically demanding. I have been on this forum for awile as a guest reading and reading, you guys give great advice all from personal experiance which is the main reason i decided to make a account here, so cheers to that!

my attempt on cycle will be to consume 450g of protine 4500+ cals not worried about carbs really just wont touch any after 6pm. dirty or clean im looking to gain as much as possible.

My last cycle was good, about 14lbs of lean muscle all said and done but some sides to include gyno (still existant) thus my reasoning for the use of such extream AIs / Anti-E's while on cycle.

So... here it is:

Dianabol
w1-2: 10mged D-Bol
w3: 30mged D-Bol
w4: 50mged D-Bol

Test-E
w1-14: 250mg Sun. 250mg Wen.

w1-20: Aromasin 12.5mged (25mged as needed if gyno symtoms occur) also have plenty of Nolva on hand icase of a flare up and the nipples start to become more sensitive.

w15-16: Clomid 100mged - Nolva 30mged - Aromasin 12.5mged
w16-17: Clomid 100mged - Nolva 30mged - Aromasin 12.5mged

Most will say running D-bol will cause a flare up with my gyno, i can see this forsure but i think the jumpstart will be worth it with precautions. Also the nolva and Aromasin will control it. Also ill be running low dosage until i see anyhting and the risk over reward.

Im looking to gain about 20lbs all togeather and hopfully walk away with 8-15 lbs of muscle.

Considerations- finishing up the cycle with 3 weeks of Superdrol (10-10-20) the 20mg would be the week i go between last injection and my PCT.

All siguestions and ideas are welcome.
 
i dont think you need to go so high on the dbol even if its for one week...it will just bloat you more IMO...the rest looks fine...maybe up the test to one shot ever 3rd day?...not much of a change really just a tweak :)...Alex

Hey,newb here,I was curious if you used an AI while on cycle for you first run.What did your first cycle consist of.Planning on running a cycle soon,but still have alot of questions. thanx

my comments: at 180 lbs you need to take in more food. You should not use any gear until your 195 lbs min. Take all the time, effort and energy you have put into thinking about a cycle and put it all ito looking at your diet

but if your going to run that cycle run the dbol at 30 mg for 4 weeks, the rest is fine.

I still think overall, too much effort is put into gear and not enough into food, and your a perfect example of this trend.

hey drob. i agree at 5'8" he should be heavier before starting any cycle. but how do you feel about a situation where someone has put in all the time and effort and just isnt gaining? lets say....a guy is 170 after 8 years of lifting consistantly, has a diet down pat, assume he's working with someone on the diet and just still isnt growing. would you still say no to a 250mg/wk dose of test? im curious about some of this stuff after reading alex a's thread on does it really matter how much you weigh?
 
i have been busting my balls to gain man. I just got back from a deployemnt and had lost 28lbs while deployed! im hoping to gain it back asap. I have been working to do so since January only able to put on 3lbs. with constant demands of the PT training running us 3-8 miles a day 5 days a week. For somone of my metabolisim its nearly impossible to be taking in the amount of food needed to gain tgivin these cercumstances. I have put in alot of thought, and this is why i have turned to gear. I am now on week 3 as of today and all is going smoothly. The only difference is i added EQ into the mix at 400mg pw. I have gained 4lbs (still dry im assuming do to deffontion of abs is still present and the fact im taking 12.5mg ed of Aromasin.) I hope to keep gaining like this!

well, if someone truely has put in that much work and effort into diet and training then taking the next step would be a resonable solution.

About alex's thread, I have not read enough of it to comment.

i agree with you bud. I was 162 lbs for years!! Now im 202. Not that thats great or anything, but without gear i wouldnt have gotten there

If his diet was down pat, he'd still be growing, even if it was half fat he was adding.
