I was wondering if it was just as essential to have a similiar carb makeup in your post-cardio protein shake as it is in the post-workout protein shake or are the carbs not needed? Thanks for any info.
on yur goals, what you are trying to do overall. Gain mass, hell yeah, lose bodyfat, I dont know, I dont. Depends on time of day also. I would say yes if after your workout (weight training) but if in the morning, or at night I would say no. Unless your goal is just to put on weight.
