Post workout Drink

what do you fellas think is the best ratio of dextrose/maltodextrin with a post workout protein drink (50 grams). this would be for bulking.

Or do you feel that using maltodextrin in the equation is not needed? I currently use 75 grams of dextrose/50 grams protein

I use the same with 10 grams of creatine and 10 of glutamine and 500 mg of ALA..
 
My post-workout drink consists of ~65g Protein, 50g Dextrose, 10g+ glutamine, 5g+ taurine along with 1c fruit (either blueberries or strawberries).

I just use 80g protein, some juice or gatorade, Creatine/Glutamine/multi vit, some raisins, and lately ive been eating a baked potato or two.

I have tried dextrose but I get way to bloated and it keeps me from eating enough an hour or so later.
