I was reading in one of the grunt magazines this week about supplements. The guy listed a post workout shake as a really good one. I have never taken a shake that was *specifically* post workout. Can you name a couple of good ones that aren't to hard on the stomach? Also, what exactly is the difference in chemical makeup or special ingredients as apposed to something like a normal RTD 40 or 51 protein shake from MetRx? In other words what makes it post workout specific?
