right now I have cottage cheese for 2 of my meals. When should I cut it from my diet? I was thinking about 4 weeks out.
 
How about right now?
 
I don't know too many people that can use any dairy when dieting, I would cut it out ASAP.

I am 12 weeks out now been dieting for a month had cottage cheese twice a day and I am losing 2lbs a week and my bf is going down too.

ummm like others have said...cutt it out asap....replace with fish or meat immediatley...cottage cheese isnt the best source of protien while dieting

When I dropped my dairy, my diet improved a lot. In fact, I didn't realize a lot of the gut bloat and frequent messy bathroom breaks were from the dairy. Wish I had figured it out sooner.
 
So....

If I cut the ice cream can I still keep the Reece's Peanut Butter cups in, cause I dont want to bloat on the dairy....pfheeww thanx guyz

Cottage Cheese

Probably the best protein you can get while dieting or not dieting. Keep it up, unless you have already changed your mind, but it would be foolish to cut it out.

If that is the case, what more do you want? Why ask someone on here that does not really know your history about what to eat?

i was told to start eating cottage cheese right before bed by a nearby national comepetitor as well. i think he said something like 3 cups? does this sound right?
