right now I have cottage cheese for 2 of my meals. When should I cut it from my diet? I was thinking about 4 weeks out.
I am 12 weeks out now been dieting for a month had cottage cheese twice a day and I am losing 2lbs a week and my bf is going down too.Wolfpack said:I don't know too many people that can use any dairy when dieting, I would cut it out ASAP.

i was told to start eating cottage cheese right before bed by a nearby national comepetitor as well. i think he said something like 3 cups? does this sound right?PHIL HERNON said:Probably the best protein you can get while dieting or not dieting. Keep it up, unless you have already changed your mind, but it would be foolish to cut it out.
