My wife wants to exercise during her pregnancy and likes to weight train and do a LITTLE bit of high intensity cardio.
We talked with the Doctor and i am thinking we do VERY moderate intensity w/ the weights and LOW intensity cardio for longer duration.
Any thoughts or experiences?
