I use Align probiotic digestive support 24/7 , it works. Psyllium husk helps me also. I do both,,not at the same time of day though.Looking for some suggestions on a good PROBIOTIC for general GI Distress.
THANKS

Fermented foods are generally a better choice than probiotic supps.
Kefir (my fave), unpasteurised sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, etc
A great supp I love which isn’t technically a probiotic but does a lot of the same shit is s. boullardii.
Hopefully something there helps

That's fascinating! Thank you.Can be a crap shoot because different ones work better or worse for some people. Get your poop tested at viome.com and they will formulate a probiotic specifically to your needs.
It is likely the best out there...made by the same people who made the old VSL#3. Rhonda Patrick went from vsl to Visbiome a few years ago.I use visbiome. It's expensive but one of the best ones out there. It really helps my GERD. My sinus doctor had me go on it for 6 months after surgery. I never came off. I take two in the morning soon as I wake up. 30-60 minutes before breakfast.
