anyways here is my final cycle, I think you guys will like it for once.....Im not lookin to put more then 10 lbs of mass on....so if this does that let me know, My diet is moderate carb, low fat, High protein.

9 week cycle

Week 1-8 = Test Prop 75mg EOD
Week 1-8 = Tren Ace 100 mg EOD
Week 1-4 = Var 20mg Ed
Week 3-9 = Winny 50 mg ED
Week 1-9 = Proviron 50 mg EOD
Week 8-9 = Halo 20 mg ED
Week 1-9 = .5 ADEX, 10mg Nola, 50 mg Clomid ED

Week 10-13 = Standard PCT

T3 and CLEN throughout


How does that look!?, please dont say increase the test lmao

Week 1-8 = Test Prop 100mg EOD Sorry bud..lol
Week 1-8 = Tren Ace 35-50mgs mg EOD
Week 1-4 = Var 40mg Ed
Week 1-9 = .5 ADEX eod

If you insist on running the rest of the orals...Which I do not recommend:

Weeks 9-10 = Winny 50 mg EOD
Weeks 11-12 = Winny 50 mg ED
Week 11-12 = Halo 20 mg ED

Hope you know how to measure:


Weeks 1-2 T3 @ 25/mcg a day Clen @ 40/mcg a day. Split empty stomach
Weeks 3-4 T3 @ 37/mcg a day Clen @ 60/mcg a day
Weeks 5-6 T3 @ 50/mcg a day Clen @ 80/mcg a day
Weeks 7-8 T3 @ 60/mcg a day Clen @ 100/mcg a day

Multi-Vit: Twice a day
Milk Thistle, Vit C, ALA Everyday
Gallon of water Everyday
EFA's 2-4 grams aday

Save Nolva and Clomid for recovery.

Proviron ditch it.

Personally, I do not know if 20 mgs of Var is enough..

A heck of a difference. Tren is mysic like. Run Tren lower than test not vice versa. Plus, this appears to be your first time running Tren correct? TREN!...The most powerful androgen known to man, save for the non anabolic DHT.

To tell you the truth you could kind of just drop the Var out and run it like this:

Week 1-8 = Test Prop 100mg EOD
Week 1-8 = Tren Ace 35-50mgs mg EOD
Week 1-4 = Winny 50 mg EOD
Week 5-8 = Winny 50 mg ED
Week 7-8 = Halo 20 mg ED

Or drop the Halo all together..

Week 1-9 = .5 ADEX eod

Save the Var for later use. 20mgs aint cutting it.

Meal 1: 5 eggs, 4 whites, 1 yolk (5 grams fat, 35 gr protein)

Meal 2: EAS low carb bar (25 grams pro, 7 grams fat, 3 net carb)

Meal 3: Tuna sandiwich ( safflower mayo low fat), 2 slices ezekiel (4 gram fat, 25 gram carb, 35 gram protein

meal 4: EAS low carb bar

Meal 5: Chicken and veggies with low fat dressing

Meal 6: MUscle milk ( advanced formula) 12gr fat, 12 gr carb, 35 gr Pro

Meal 7: Muscle milk again before I hit the sheets!


If hungry between meals I always chug down Iso pure, Ive used this diet in the past with amazing results

Oh and heres a lil about my self, so you guys know Im not the typical idiot teen on these boards....yes Im 19...........lil about my self, when I was 13 I was a fat shit, 200 lbs at 5'8, probably 120 in lbm, fast forward 6 years, 6'2" 195 lbs 8% fat, 2x national place winner in wrestling (naturally)........ever since I was 13, I decided i was going to dedicate my life to living a healthy and fit lifestyle.......I've been weight training ever since I was 13 y/o and I've researched ALOT about diet, fitness, supplements, bodybuilding, if there is one thing Im new to its AAS.....now I am 19 and in college, one of the main reasons ive stumbled upon aas is when I was 13, I had puberty gyno and still do, thats whens I stumbled upon letro (at age 19)....then stumbled upon AAS! So it was out of curiosity, now I just bodybuild and do not wrestle! I honestly have begun to take them, just to see what there all about, but I'm not the teen whos like yeah let me take a 8 tabs of dbol a day and expect to get huge, I major in biochemistry, so research is a must and hard work and diet is a definite!

Now teens should not get bashed instead I think they should become more educated and mature about the sport, till that happens, I honestly think AAS is not for them!


I put this on another board to let the older vets know that not all teens are idiots, and that they look up to the older experienced ones in BB tremendously!

.......don't get me wrong a shitload of them are, but not all!

Musclemilk taste great...but of course. You could simply get a good Whey and or Whey Isolate and supplement it with ANPB and a good EFA capsule(s)

A solid Omega 3,6,9, capsule or 1000mgs of fish oil capsule + a primrose oil cap would do the trick.

You have a shopping cart full of gear and you are lazy!! That's right Lazy, I read that you are a two times champion wrestler, think back bud, how did you get that??? HOW??? I have given you advice and you have not listened, so you are young and HARD HEADED. I am a seasoned Body Builder, gym owner and have trained thousands of people in my time. I have NEVER DONE A CYCLE LIKE THE ONE YOU HAVE LAID OUT HERE. You have way too many compounds and you are not a Body Builder!! This is why I have called you lazy! Obviously you are going to do what the fuck you want regardles of criticism or consequnce, I am not posting this up for your benefit but for the benfit of other younger upcoming lifters and BBers on how not to go about this.

This dude, posted some other outrageous cycle like 2 days ago, and was basically told not to touch the juice, yet. If i'm not mistaken. Bro, your 19, your natural hormone levels are in high gear use it, before you lose it. Then, look to use exogenous sources.
 
Why not just do a couple of longer acting compounds like Test/Deca and do some cardio? The stuff you have laid out looks like something you would run towards the end of getting ready for a show. Once you stop, the results will last all of 2 weeks...... I wouldn't run anything like that unless I had done 10 weeks of hard dieting and cardio first....
 
You are 19, your body is a furnace, and you want to take clen and T3? And you should be eating way more, if you start to get fat just cut back. If you really want to juice just keep it simple, 500 mgs test E for 12 weeks and clomid and nolva for pct. But you don't need to juice at 19 unless you are going to compete at bodybuilding.

OH he does not want to get big!! WTF?? He already stated that he just wants to get stronger and not put on any size, more than say 10lbs. If I had my way I would ban his stupid ass for being young and cocky!! So just as well I'm not a mod or I would have. His cycle is dangerous and ill informed. I just don't want other younger players here to think that this tool actually knows what the fuck he is talking about!! Am I being hard on this kid......YOU BET YOUR ASS!!
