I'm planning on starting my next cycle, training, diet regime and I'm a little worried because it pretains to some new theories and methods that to be quite honest I have never tried anything close to in my life. The only reason why I'm trying this is because the bro who pointed out this way of training and diet, is constanly shredded and still manages to gain size on a truly unusual diet which blows my mind. Anyways so here it goes. This is how this program works and it's a bulker where you lean up if that's truly possible I'm still a little skeptical.
The diet is as follows:
Wake up, 20gs BCAA's, 6 egg whites, 40 minutes morning cardio
After cardio, protein shake, 30g simple carbs 50g complex (less then 50 gi)
The rest of the day, is solid forms of protein with greens as sole source of carbs (this I have a problem with because I always thought that the body cannot use greens as glucose because it can't break it down.)
1hr before workout Protein and mix of simple and complex carbs/20g Bcaa
Training constant drinking of a protein/simple sugar drink
Post Training Nother protein/simple sugar drink, 20g Bcaa
1hr post training whole protein/ whole simple carbs like baked potato
2hr post training whole/protein/ whole simple carb meal
That's the last of the carb meals, after that back to solid protein, and greens and good fats.
Supplements:CEE, Arginine EE, Sesamin, BCAA, L-carnitine
Drugs:Test supsension, Boldenone supsenion, Anavar, GH, IGF-1r3 long, Humalog post weight training only, T3 12.5mcgs daily, a combo of nicotine/caffeine/albuterol/yohimbine.
So that's the theory on how to gain muscle while losing fat, life I said I have never tried it just looking for some feedback from some vets and pros as to if this is feesible or is this guy just a freak with a crazy high metabolism.
The macro profile looks like this
500g protein, 400g carbs (not including greens, they're not counted at all), 200g fats
For a total of 5400Cals.
