I do cardio 3 days a week after i train... I have a question regarding protein timing.. should i take my carb/protein shake immediatly after lifting prior to cardio? or should i wait till im done with my cardio? FWIW my cardio usually involves fast walking on a steep incline for 30-40 mins, so i can drink as im starting my cardio (which is what ive been doing).
