I've been researching different protein companies and different places, products and what not. My question is when looking at the Amino Acid profiles of all these different places the highest numbers generaly give you the better proteins(specifiaclly whey isolate). But is there any numbers that you don't want to be high on the profile. Or is it the higher the number the better. There other thing that I've noticed is alot of these places that carry good protein have one very noticable difference: SODIUM. They may look similair, but once you scroll down you'll notice that one's whey has 180g's and another has 600. That's a big difference, especially within people that retain water rather easily.
