Well i just started hit training... which is the shit. Ive been dieting for about 6 weeks now and have lost 20lbs and im stronger than ever! I workout out tues, thurs and saturday.

Chest, shoulders and tris on tues

Legs thurs

Back and bi's saturday

Abs and calves thrown in differntly. I think when your "on" You can push things harder but i wouldnt increase the days you workout... this is from my experience and what works for my body. everyone is different.

Make sure NUTRITION is set up good. I feel this by far outweighs what kind of workout schedule you are going to do. Good luck

My goal is bulk up right now, and so far im up 10lbs in one week. I know it mostly water form dbol, but it feels great except for the freaking bloat. As far as my diet, Im on the see diet ;) if u know what I mean, I do stay away from allot of fat and sugar. It is very tough for me to eat though, im doing my best.

Training:
M - chest / tri / abs
W - back /bi/abs

F - legs /shoulders /abs

S - chest / lower back / for arms

I do about 3 sets (8-10 reps) + warm up set , per bp always changing the exercises on weekly bases.

What do u think?

Im running

enth 500ml - 10 weeks
eq 400 ml - 10 weeks
dbol 30 - - 1-6 weeks
winny 50 7-12 weeks

I would really take that saturday off. Your m,w, f schedule looks great. Basically if you hit chest saturday there is no way its recoverd fully by monday especially if trying to grow... dieting maybe different. I also would run my cycle a little longer but thats me and thats definately based on exp. knowlege and what you have available. I would change your enanthate to 8 weeks as i think its better to come off androgens first and let the anabolics help solidify your gains. I would run your winny from week 10- 14 also. Just b/c for one its easier to time when winny gets out of your system vs timing eq and enanthate. Also i would lower your dbol to 2-4 weeks.... this is alot of 17aa on your liver. I would get a good liver detox form which you can read about in earlier threads...." a liver is a terrible thing to waste" that was a lame as joke... im tired.

Good luck. I would also recommend 10-20 grams of creatine and at least 6 meals a day. Let us know how it goes

I just started training the BIG A way, go into the articles section and follow his advice on training for beginers, or growth for beginers. Im not a newbie, but the fundamentals, and exercises make so much sense, i just started today and took full notes on lift poundage, and reps, so I will let you know on progress, try his program for a month see if it is for you.
