Public Apology to: OUCHTHATHURTS

About a year ago I posted my committ to a thread started by OTH.
my posts weren't meant to start a drama but that is what ensued.
I have a bit of a temper and tend to take things the wrong way sometimes.
. Well OTH is a very knowledgeable and just plain smart person and for what ever reason I misread his response to my post.

I said some pretty childish things and he tried to be patient and told me enough is enough and told me to let it go and move on..well I didnt, I kept being a dick and woundn't shut my pie whole...I got banned for it, simply in an attempt to shut me up..it was that bad.

Ive been a member here at ProMuscle since it began back in June of 2002 and I had never been that way toward anyone else so I cant explin why I acted this way to OTH.
Anyway He was more than generous enough to give me a second chance to be a contributing member and I would just like to say Im very sorry to him about all this and hope that OTH can except my apology.
