Most guys fight for pounds each year and under estimate what they can truly put on in a year IMO.
My best advice- don’t chase weight, chase the look. Nobody judges you on stage based on your weight. It’s about how you look.

100% correct. Enjoy this as a hobby. You're not making any big gains or doing well in competitions at your age.I wouldn’t even begin to suggest that at 40. Just my opinion.
