Oh my legs are terrible ! Now . I was very ill all of. 2023 , im better now but still need a lot of work

Admire your honesty man. My best advice now knowing everything and your goals- hire a seasoned coach to help navigate you back to the stage.

I think someone like @IFBBProDomCardone would do very well with a physique like yours.

Just this last year due constant health issues
