I am in my 2nd week of D-bol and Winni. 30mg and 50 mg. Things are going great but my back gets so pumped I cannot perform rowing and squats due to the pain. Nothing is broken or going wrong but it is such a hassle. Any suggestions? If I use Anadrol is is 2x worse.
 
lower back pumps are one big side effect of dbol. i never had them with drol, but the one time i used dbol i had to wait 10mins (literally) between sets for deads. i think its just part of the game with dbol...not much you can do. make sure you are drinking lots of water
 
I am taking Dbol and i always hear about the lower back pump but my middle back hurts so bad all the time I think I might have to stop. It tightens up everytime I move and has been doing this since I started. Anyone else had this?
 
yeah, whenever I went 30+ migs on dbol I would get a dull lower back pain that would sometimes require me to "massage" it or sit down..at least I know it's REAL pinks, lol...:D
 
Its the Dbol, I used to get lower back pumps from Dbol and Drol. However now I have no problems, even when stacked together.
 
Make sure it's not your kidneys.
 
I've read that taurine is good for lower back pumps

I agree. You need to be careful that the pump is not kidney pain. Also water retention is responsible for lower back pump so painful it hurts to walk. Copped the rebound effect after a comp one year. Went for a walk for some cardio and got all of about five minutes in and had to stop. The pain in my lower back was so intense it started to scare me. It took me twenty minutes to get back home from a five minute walk. It was water!!
 
I used to get that on Dbol bigtime. My lower back would get so pumped so easily I would have to lay down for 10 - 15 minutes until it subsided. Hyperextensions… forget it. My workout partner at the time who was from Sweden said they used to call it the Russian disease because of the Dbol they used from there.
 
Dbol would sometimes give me such massive lower back pumps, that I couldn't finish a squat workout, I would actually have to lay down flat on my back to alleviate it. This didn't happen all the time just on occasion. Only got it from dbol, never anything else.
 
Why no test?

You should be using some sort of AI if you are not already doing so.

Also, you have to expect 'some' lower back pumps when using Dbol, it's just the nature of the beast.

Adding in extra Taurine, Magnesium, and Potassium will also help.

Increase your water intake to at least 1.5 gallons per day.

The reason I did not use test, and I admit this sheepishly, is that my current situation would not allow me to cycle the way I wanted to, also, my supplies were late coming before I went on my business trip and I did not want to be carrying syringes and supplies through the airports.

I will be back soon. Is it too late for me to begin using test? I have been on orals for 12 days.

Is it possible to also get the same kind of pump in your quads? Tonight I could only do two sets of squats because my quads were hurting so damn much. Just felt like they were pumped and that I could move my legs.

Everyone has summed it up, it is a common issue. I even get this when not on dbol whenever I do hyperextensions or deadlifts.

I hear ya. It's like clockwork... started 40mg dbol about a week ago and today's shoulder workout got cut short because after a few sets I couldn't stand up anymore, let alone walk. I usually get a serious pump in my shoulders anyway, and today the lower back decided to join in. All part of the game. :rolleyes:

LIKE EVERYONE SAYS.....YOU KNOW IT'S REAL DIANABOL! LOL. I DON'T MIND THOUGH.;)

I used to get very painful lower back pumps on anavar. It really only bothered me on leg day, during squats. I could hardly walk after. I have them now too, not as bad though, and I am only doing test. Must be water retention.
 
this shit happened to me b4 when i was on m1t

with tbol, it doesn't happen at all
 
you guys should try some buffers to relieve the pump,
taurine
alcar
nac
glycerine
idebonone
carnosine

i take all of these pre workout, it relieves lactic acid buildup and lets me train harder and longer avoiding the burn.... once you try them you will never stop....
