Phil
Someone posted up a recent photo of your quads. They still look incredible.
What does your quad training look like now and how is it different to when you were competing?
Do you still lift heavy? If so have you ever had any knee problems?
The reason I ask is that I had an xray of my left kneecap and the surgeon explained that although the knee cap had begun to change shape slightly, he was amazed that there was no significant wear. (I put this down to the fact that I have never done more than 6 sets for a quad workout)
He also strongly recommended that I think about lifting lighter anyway though. I am 34 and have been doing this for nearly 16 years.
Thanks
