Hi. I started dieting a few days ago. I always preferred the quick oats for convenience sake. This is not the Instant oats, but rather the Quick-1 minute oats. I find it important to know if it will make a difference because I use them as my carb staple every 2 hours. If it does make a difference on the Glycemic Index, I do not want to be spiking my insulin all day and therefore, I can sub for the Old fashioned without a problem. Thanks.
