Please rate what you think your genetics for bodybuilding is.
For those of you who vote and have never posted a picture
of yourself, now is the time to put your money where your
mouth is.
Here is how I broke out bodybuilding genetics.
1) Olympia caliber. Jay, Ronnie, Dorian, et al. These men
are the cream of the crop, winning or consistently placing
in lets say the top 10 or so. Born with the best genetics,
but also have the will, the brains, the determination to succeed.
2) Pro caliber. They compete and win the Pro shows and
many stand on the Olympia stage but they are not winning
this title, placing of the top 10 and may never win due to
their genetics.
3) National caliber. As amateurs, the best in their respective
classes and countries. These people may or may not have
"pro genetics" and do not, for whatever reason, advance beyond
a amateur status. All have great, if not phenomenal physiques.
4) State caliber. The best in state, very respectable bodybuilders
but do not have the genetics to compete successfully at a national
level. They are bodybuilders in the truest sense of the word.
5) Regional / local caliber. You can have the worlds worst genetics
and still enter, compete, and have fun at this level. They display
muscular development consistent with what is known as a "bodybuilder"
but get lost in the crowd at larger competitions.
