Every now and then I have raw eggs in my shake, for convenience. But it seems that there is no reason besides risking my health. I had a theory that if I drank raw eggs that my body could get the most "complete protein" because it kept all of its bonds, including the tertiary structure. After reading for a while it seems that it is almost pointless to do so, because either way the bonds are destroyed either by cooking or in the stomach. Just thought this might help some people out in case another raw egg debate comes up...
