So i've been doing a glass of raw milk per day for a while now and liking it. Only prob is its almost $8 for a 1/2gallon and each cup has 9g fat 6g saturated. So today they had raw "skim" milk. The ingrediants were just raw skim milk opposed to the other which was whole raw milk. Any diff in muscle building effects? the skim was like $3 cheaper as well.
