try this first
dude definitaly do more research regarding OTC supplements before using any type of AAS or anything like that. Focus on your diet and training and try some OTC stuff before doing somethin like AAS.
Speaking from experience: I do not recommend Muscletech or BSN, both have not been as good as they're hyped up to be. Protein-wise, its hard to go wrong. Any type of whey protein would be good. I tried the Muscletech triple stack, Creakic, Leukic, and Gakic, but it did nothing for me. If you're looking for creatine, go with kre-alkalyn, which you can't get at GNC. It is engineered to not turn into creatinine in your system and does not accumulate in your kidneys. it's safer and is 100% absorbed, so it works better too. but, you have to get it at a vitamin world, health nutz, or online because GNC doesnt carry the brand that makes it. nitric oxide is another thing you should try, i use satur8 brand. its a vaso-dilator, so it increases blood flow and dilates veins and arteries, increasing your pumps. some other things you should look into are BCAAs and glutamine.
if you've never tried using these, do this first. also, there are testosterone boosting supplements you can buy at GNC or a similar place, but they arent as strong as AAS. try and stay away from muscletech and definitaly xyience. xyience may be the most overrated brand out there. ive tried T-Bomb II before with decent results. mess around with these supplements, SAFELY, and do your research before trying any other supplementation. get your diet straight and a solid workout plan too, and stick to it for at least 6 months. unless you've already tried all this, stay away from AAS. it's way too soon for you.
