Nothing beats taken a REALLY shitty day out on the weights/cardio machines. Today I did just that, setting a new PR for longest cardio workout:
3 hrs. 2 min. 19 sec.; including 11+ miles on the treadmill and 20+ minutes of high intensity on the elliptical.
Originally I planned to stop at 2 hrs. but the gym was open for another hour and I wasn't nearly as sore as I thought [at the 2 hr. mark], so I'm like fuck it!
I will probably be taking multiple shots of Genesis' peptides and HGH before morning though, LOL.
