This is what I’m taking for my in between meals, is anything out there better?
 
Any “make your own at home” MR shake is better than this honestly.

any whey/egg protein + the variety of carb powders available + mct/avocado/olive oil would be better and cheaper.
 
The ingredients look good but it's too expensive for what you get imo. Although if cost is not a concern, I'd say it's a good meal replacement shake. (assuming it tastes good)

Making your own is always going to be better but it takes time and can often taste like crap as well.
 
I prefer high protein/high fat for meal replacement shakes.

2 scoops whey isolate
2 oz avocado
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp EVOO

That will give you 550 calories, go down easy, taste amazing, and have no bloat.
