I'm trying to add size right now by slowly adding calories week by week as needed. I'm around 4000kcals right now on my training days and just wondering if I should keep my calories the same on my off days or if I should drop my carbs low on off days but keep my protein and fat the same. This would bring me to around 2700-2800kcals on my off days.
