I didn't read anything in there about incorporating slin, mk-677, nor igf-1... That's where it gets confusing... They should open their own board so we can ask them this shit...
There is FDA research and product inserts on all those products (maybe not mk-677 since it is not FDA approved yet) , read them all and use your brain to put it all together, don't make things more complicated than they have to be

Exactly. There is a whole spectrum and Goal245 is on one side. We need both sides for debates/opinions/posts to be interesting. I think Goal245 has only added since he has been posting. Plus if that is him he looks unreal. Many of the guys who have had a go at him have their head in the sand. I always find it amusing how some guys can post certain things and it's liked by everyone yet get someone else to post the same thing and all they get is hate.
Why are guys acting like 15IU HGH per day is out of this world rare and stupid... bodybuilders have been using that amount for years. Many don't have access to pharm grade so use double in ug stuff. A lot of the guys many look up to do exactly (or have tried) what Goal245 posts about they just just don't post in the open about it. There is too much hate on this forum especially when a guy is just being honest about what he does. If you think it is stupid then fair enough but I don't get the posts acting like he is an idiot. Plus again look at the guy... one of the best physiques on the entire forum.

Holy shit, I'm really out of the loop. I never knew igf-1 was FDA approved I thought it was only experimental. I just looked it up and sure enough as of 2011 I think... I've been off and on these topics for a while, last serious time was 2009. I remember when it first came out around 1992, had to be kept out of any light and went for $2000 a mg... it's frustrating finding out new shit, not a whole pot of time to read on the subject now a days. Just the posts I can manage to make or read while working...
Yeah, but that's just it... Reading all of that research would make it more complicated than it has to be... I'm here on a bodybuilding board, because there are people who are a lot more serious about this than I am... I don't need to know that the FDA wrote something in order to lend it credence...
If you, or others here on this board, tried using gh, igf-1, insulin and/or whatever else and obtained good results, (which inferring from what I just read on posts following yours about your pictures, which I haven't seen btw, but I'm sure they're great) Then, I'll take your word for it...
I am here to see real world results from people who tried things and obtained good results, that's good enough for me... I simply don't have time to read through endless literature... Besides, most likely others have already done so... I feel that sometimes things don't work as good in the real world as they do on paper...
Bodybuilding is just a hobby for me... So I don't want to read though all of this, nor watch a 3 hour video and 'use my head' more than I have to... So an interpretation and or abbreviated version would be wonderful...
Something like:
Take 10ius of gh IV 30 mins before the gym, take 10 units of Humalog 15 mins before the gym, with a shake, take a shake to the gym, then do igf-1 100mcg PWO with another shake... Then take MC-677 at night... Because this literature says so, then leave the link, just in case someone needs to verify...

Could be jealousy. Like you said, many guys use "high" doses but don't post it as they don't look like they use that much. Could be an embarrassing thing and they're mad. Like the guy in the gym who's on aas in the gym talks carp about the guy who's bigger and stronger than he is. High school crap
Everything is so individual though. Some guys don't need anything exotic to win big shows whereas others are using tonnes of drugs to look 5th best in their gym.
I love the science behind everything but people do overcomplicate things and most of the time just getting a drug inside you on a consistent basis is the most important thing. For this topic the drug is HGH. I haven't used much HGH myself but know many who have used loads. Some guys are using 4IU per day and looking freaky whilst others... well you get the point.
Me personally for someone like you and your goals 5-6IU of good hgh split into 2 injections per day would be plenty. Insulin I would recommend no more than 5iu per injection and I would take that multiple times per day (or at least with the 2 hgh injections). Other drugs (igf-1, ghrp, ghrh etc) aren't really needed on that stack but sure cycle them in if you want. But for someone with your goals you don't really want to be pinning yourself all through everyday. The slin and hgh alone would be 4 injections per day.
MK-677 is amazing but the fatigue for me is unbearable. I can do 10mg with no issues at all but 15mg+ and the fatigue gets bad. 10mg per day with the other elements would be a solid plan.
I'm on 25mg-35mg MK-677 every morning. Today, I took it and my bp med(clonodine hcl) then fell back asleep for 3 hours. I love using it this way. My hands always are numb from it while I sleep the extra 3 hours. Unfortunately, when I get up for work I can't take it and fall back asleep. I have to take a little preworkout powder for work. I've been on it non stop for 9 months. I wonder if my energy would go up if I stopped but I don't want to stop.
It never has for me during my training. I love the pump. I took it today before the gym. My arms and calves got a real good pump.
