your problem is, u go to a chiropractor.
they aint doctors. i went to one, told me i had a subluxated rib, bent and smashed me around, made it worse.
cuz it wasnt that. it was a torn rhomboid muscle.
soon as that was figured out, went to the right folks, rehabbed and that was that. took months of terrible pain and some paralysis cuz it inflamed around a nerve.
fuck quackopractors.

Is it the bottom rib? Mine was getting pushed out by a wide lifting belt.

I would seek a good physical therapist to figure out why the rib whats to jump out of place. Things like prolotherapy and PRP can help to strengthen the ligaments that hold it in place but if you don't figure out why it gets extra stress the problem won't resolve in the long run.

Also, sometimes taking a break from your training and working with the chiropractor can allow the rib to set and then heal the surrounding ligaments. Then slowly return back to your routine and it may stay resolved.

Good luck.

Just a quick fun fact: Subluxations are not recognized by the medical community outside of Chiropractors. The origins of the term are unsettling as well, if you're in legit pain get to a PT.

Umm yes they are. Heard an orthopedic surgeon as well as my GP use the term

Sorry, I should of been more clear when I wrote this. Spinal/Rib subluxations aren't recognized by the medical community. An orthopedic subluxation is something completely different.

Posterior or anterior?

You still aren't clear, nor do you understand the meaning. A subluxation to physicians is a dislocation, or the beginnings of.
