Yes he lies a lot. But anyone who has seen his videos can see he has made some massive changes in a short time. Even though he is approximately 40 pounds up he is leaner too. So regardless what people think about him I don't think anyone can deny he hasn't achieved what he set out to do. I see guys all the time and think he doesn't weigh that much but Rich is definitely not one of those. I met him years ago and he was huge in person then so he must be bigger now.

I don't agree with this at all. Over eating will only make you fat. There is a point at witch you can exceed the bodies ability to recuperate with or without drugs. No matter how much food you consume. If you don't agree, start doing heavy squats every day "forever".
