I ain't nobody's dad, but for those of you saying it will change the way you do things, please actually follow through. I see this shit all the time, a bodybuilder or whomever dies, half the internet says they're gonna be better, but a couple months down the road, they're still doing the same shit, if not worse
this shit is serious and why, at 36, I'm not pushing a thing. I know I sound like some dickhead on a moral high horse, but you simply can't do these things for long periods of time and expect it to not catch up with you, at some point. fuck, even without much gear, I'm liable to have joint issues and all kinds of pain and niggles when I'm older just from what I'm doing now. if we're going to accept consequences, then we must TRULY accept them. and when it comes time to pay the piper, we point fingers at everything but our lifestyles for however many damn years
