Search feature help?

Im trying to search for info on IGF-1 lr3. Im a newb to it and I would like to educate myself. I have typed it into the search feature 10 different ways and I get "Sorry-no matches" or occasionally I get directed to a page that has nothing to do with what im looking for...I even searched for "search help" if your wondering
What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any good starters guides to IGF-1 threads saved anywhere they wouldnt mind posting up?
