This is a in training video and this was my 3rd rep of the day with this weight and also the 1st time ive ever had this in my hands. No it does not touch but that is only because i didnt want it to. Also i finally got sponsored by Hi-Tech pharmaceuticals and now i am able to take supplements. In this video i am on my 3rd week of supplements.

do you compete raw as well? if so, whats your best raw bench, gym lift or in comp.

Nah none for me man i might dabble when i get close to the all time world record. For now i just know i can do sets 0f 10 with 405 and im about to start working on 495 for reps but i never go heavy raw.

Hey bro just curious what do u bench raw? Or do u not train raw I know a few powerlifters that don't train raw at all.

I never train heavy raw and never max out raw but can do 405 for sets of 10 raw.
