I was doing a set of curls 50 lbs, lowering the weight back down I felt a tear right at the base of the bicep near the inside of my elbow. It has been like 4 months ago I still have sharp pains only when I do the same type of motion although when curling it does not bother me so much usually quick movements thats unexpected seems to aggrevate it. I took like 2 months off to see if it would heal but no luck. Anyone have any idea what may have torn, etc.. I just started with some npp and it seems that it has help lubricate my joints, I say this since it does not bother me as often now! Anyhow any thoughts? Thanks!
