Ok, so I'm putting together my final game plan for the USA's and have run a couple of dif. test runs as I have kept myself very lean all year and have been able to really manipulate my foods for loading purposes to figure out how full/how long, before spilling. In the past I had always errored to the side of caution and always came in tight, but never full and had a tough time getting a pump. I have a rough idea of a plan, but would love to hear from other experienced competitors as to how a shitload has worked for them? How long did you deplete? How were your sodium levels through the final week? Water levels? When did you shitload? Did you load with slin? Did you compete on Fri or Sat.? I'm not asking for you to give away any "secrets". Just looking for ideas and interested in how it may or may not have worked out for you.
