Short VS long esters for contest prep.

i have NEVER understood why guys will be on high amounts of test to be big and ripped then get off it for a show, wtf? don't you want to be big and ripped for the show?
i would never drop something that basically made me look the way i look... test is best -JS

ive never taken a chance with longer acting esters for a show, just in case. i have dieted down on good ole enanthate and looked just fine when not doing a contest. my fave of all time is suspension (the rare kind that doesn't hurt). it is common to take this for the last week prep but, keep taking this bad boy and you swell up like a bullfrog within a couple weeks. i think the water retention needs to be controlled via other means aside from an attempt just from using a short acting ester.
