Sitting at close to 80kg here

what bf am i and show ready?


On about 2000-2100 cals, low fat med protein and carb

Hunger is totally fine....but some days energy is harder to come by, any tips?

Looking to also go into a grow phase and get the chest sized up...tips ?
You’re definitely lean and I would guess around 5 percent! I don’t think bf is your weakness! I agree with you on sizing up a little. Maybe for the next one but congrats on your results. It definitely shows dedication and hard work.
 
That makes sense! I had to help a guy get 315 off his chest the other day! I just happened to look over and his face was blood red and oh man! The look in his eyes while he was shaking his head “yep, come help me!” was priceless lol. I’m not afraid to ask for a spot and I prefer free weights but you do make a good point.
I only go to the gym for bench days. That way I can get a spot. Just for safety sake.

everything looks fine just one concern...my Urea is quite high?

Also my liver enzymes slightly elevated
Does my cholesterol also look ok? LDL has risen since introducing mast but so has HDL

Thoughts and opinions please, the elevated Urea is a bit worrying - i've never had protein in my urine and my Cystatin C was 0.79

I eat about 200-250g protein a day

that is probably WHY. Too much protein, too little growth, at 250g per day I would be a giant, I can fast and eat 1 meal per day and still have your stats , its time to eat bro, and calories, not just PROTEIN. Take 50-100g protein off that daily and sub for 500-100kCAL and watch yourself grow

proteinuria = kidney dysfunction > precursor to RHABDO, or you can pretend you know everything and ignore it and not get labs. either way keep us posted
 
I hate to be critical because you look great but your abs seem underdeveloped especially the lower portion. I would increase the resistance and train them more often. Do several sets of steep decline sit ups till failure every other day and then flip upside down on the decline sit up bench and do leg lifts with the lower abs curling the spine so your feet go up to the ceiling. Thicken them up and etch those deep crevasses between them.

I think you need to add a bit of weight all over to be show ready though, even for physique.

Again man, you look great and are on the right track. Props to getting to that level of leanness. 💪🏼
I agree with the above.... you look good...... just need a bit more everywhere to step on stage

Urea is always elevated if you eat a higher protein diet,especially consiting of meats etc.
Urea is no good marker for kidney disfunction.
And Rhabdo is an acute event..
