site injections, give me the how too

i was thinking of site injections in the delts, calves and bi's
if some one could give me their opinion on wheather or not is effective, i was told it is useless unless you you use test susp. or winny
i was going to shoot tren and cyp 1cc of each into eact site at once i was thinking of using a 25 guage 1" spike.
i can get a friend to tell me exactly where to shoot it, but my biggest concern is wheather or not there is a need, it seems my biggest body part these days is my ass and i am thinking it may be cause i take a 2.5cc shot in it EOD

the only reason i ever spot inject is because i run out of ass on a tren cycle.

dude personally i love site injections, i dont ever shoot in my ass anymore. i always use triceps, biceps, and shoulders. it really does help, wether it be from inflammation or oil, you can notice a size gain. i have to post a pic of my taining partners tricpes, they are down right freaky, but not a valentino freaky, they actually look good.
