I would love to get some input on this as I'm currently 7 days out from my first show. About 2 weeks ago I started to notice my body tends to need less sleep than normal. But now I sleep 5 hours tops. I'm posting this after 3 hours of sleep but im totaly awake. I am aware some compounds cause sleep disruptions (tren, prami) which I have taken into account. Its not like I'm stressing out about getting in shape, I'm actually right were I need to be. I know the body can't do this forever but I'm starting to like it now
