Can anyone recommend a good sleep tracker wearable device for home use that is good enough for flagging the possibilities of having sleep apnea?

Thank you.

Are you in the US? If so, seek a sleep specialist.

Yea this is no joke. I wear a garmin to track activity and sleep, but I would never ever trust it to tell me if I have apnea- simple sleep study is easy and reliable- can save a life.
