So this is what it feels like to be "Dad"

So the time has come. Man, this feels pretty cool!! Here is my new son, he weighed 7 lbs and 2 oz. I hated coming off all my shit for awhile to make this happen, but looking back on it I'm really glad I did. Who gives a shit about 10 less lbs of muscle mass and a little extra fat if this is what you can get from it? Feels pretty damn good!!!






For the record, I'm back on cycle, wife had her tubes tied, and I'm starting my competition diet this Sunday, LOL. Big deal now right?

Man you are gonna love bein a dad and it sounds like you already are !, just some advice, take pics and videos if you can while he is growing up, cuz when he turns 18 your gonna be glad you have those to look back on, the time really does go fast. Oh and rent the movie "CLICK" if you haven't already seen it. Anyway bro glad to see the pics and CONGRATS on bein the proud papa !

Boys especially learn by example (girls yes, but more so boys- very visual oriented). He will learn by what you do (and don't do).

He will learn how to treat women, stress, conflict, money, life by watching you. Raise the bar high... and give him the "nudge" to get over it when he needs it.
