I had sugar cravings extremely bad on my last cut. I mean seriously bad, to the point that I thought I had a genuine medical problem.
However, out of experimentation I added more fats in the form of olive oil to my chicken and rice, taking out my one protein shake to account for calories. No more cravings at all on this cut (yet). I also chew gum a lot which is new to me and almost certainly helps.
Chromium tabs (OTC) will take away any sugar cravings. Also 70-80% Cacao dark chocolate. (not cocoa)
I know we prob all get them... right now my go to sugar fix is these sugar free popscicles. my daughters think I buy them for them....:star-w:rs

what do you guys eat to curb a sugar craving?

u mean like chromium picolinate OTC supps which were quote popular for controlling sugar cravings some time ago?
