today we had a speacker at school (ill find out his name tommrow)who works w/ oylmpians... he talk about 8hours on(training) and 16 hours off, he talkd about how it takes 2 hole days to have a "full tank" of gly. and how 1 night of drinking ruins 14 day of traning tommrow he is goiongt o talk about nutrition and optimal preformance i will try to get more details if any one want them
