Ok, I am running into a little problem. The first pinning was fine; the two days after the muscle became very soar. The second pinning went even better in my mind, but the muscle two days after is SOAR as hell. I did use the dry sauna to help relax a little after a workout yesterday...could that have irritated it? The first is feeling like normal again… no soreness. I am doing the gluts at the full 1.5". I referenced the location from our procedures on this site.
Is this normal? Am I going too deep? Any help would be great! Thanks in advanced!
