Hey bros, just thought I would formally introduce myself to the board. I have been a member for over a year, and have visited often. I have not posted much, but I did have correspondence with MainEvent last summer to help out with a contest I was doing. I do appreciate the help he gave me. anyway, just wanted to say Hi, and i will try to get on here more often.

I did not do too bad for only my second show. I placed 3rd over all for the entire show and second in my weight class. They had a couple of National Qualifiers show up, and that is why I was third. Plus they looked amazing. I have taken 5 months off, with elbow problems(golfers elbow)and just burned out. I have not had any supplementation for the last 5 months, and a much needed rest. I am 38, and i am looking to do a show next summer 2009. I tried to post some pics, but my pics are too big. tell me how to get the jpg to get smaller and i will gladly post pics for you and the board. I will definitely be in touch with you some time in the near future for advice. thanks again, talk to you soon.
