I plan on starting a new exercise routine and would like a few opinions on if I am leaving enough time between squats and deadlifts. I am not sure if incorporating them together on one day would be more beneficial than splitting them.
Monday:
deadlifts 3 sets
chins 2 sets
abdominals 2 sets
Wednesday:
incline bench 2 sets
Dips 3 sets
militarys 2 sets
friday:
squats 3 sets
leg press 2 sets
hack squat 2 sets
calves 3 sets
Monday:
