Hey guys quick question , this might be dumb but while doing squats it seems im gaing alot of size at the top but the middle and lower look like crap? I'm doing Razorcuts workout and i have made mad gains as far as weight ex.prior 225x10 now 310x10 and i'm not talking half squats, ass 2 the floor! now i know that foot pos. is a big deal they are 1.5 in to 3.0in wide, it seems as though my upper and inner quads are growing but not the mid or lower WHY??? also ever third work out i do 4 sets of leg press feet together now that is gonna work or bring out the sweep right? not leg ext. are out due to my toren acl but squats and leg press dont bother my knee PLEASE HELP
