Stan Efferding 6500 calorie diet

I know my caloric intake right now is about 5600 calories 500G Protein 460G Carbs 140G of fat according to my fitness pal phone app.This is on workout days. All 100% Clean Calories seems to be working quite nice.Workouts are insane still staying pretty vascular and muscles are nice and full. YOU GOT TO EAT TO GROW IT IS JUST WHAT YOU EAT!
 
There is clear evidence to support that amount of calories for mass building. Check this out:
Sterling-Pasmore Equation ///

This equation is based on your body composition. You need 13.8 calories to support 1 pound of lean muscle mass.

BMR= Lean body mass (lbs) x 13.8 calories

You can obtain your lean body mass from body fat measurements.

Calculate lean muscle mass vs. fat mass:
Body fat % x scale weight= fat mass
Scale weight - fat mass= lean body mass

Once you calculate your BMR factor in activity to account for calories burned during exercise.

BMR x 1.2 for low intensity activities and leisure activities (primarily sedentary)

BMR x 1.375 for light exercise (leisurely walking for 30-50 minutes 3-4 days/week, golfing, house chores)

BMR x 1.55 for moderate exercise 3-5 days per week (60-70% MHR for 30-60 minutes/session)

BMR x 1.725 for active individuals (exercising 6-7 days/week at moderate to high intensity (70-85% MHR) for 45-60 minutes/session)

BMR x 1.9 for the extremely active individuals (engaged in heavy/intense exercise like heavy manual labor, heavy lifting, endurance athletes, and competitive team sports athletes 6-7 days/week for 90 + minutes/session)

I calculated this for a 230lbs active individual at 10% bodyfat which is typical of top level competitors and the result was 4928 calories per day. If this person wants to add more lean mass they must consume 500 to 1000 calories above BMR per day; roughly 6000 calories per day. Just one question though: who the hell is cooking all of that damned food?!?!?
 
Wow!!! That's amazing. Distended gut, anyone? Meal number 3 is interesting. Your insulin and GH protocol better be on point with this.


Here is Dave Palumbo's diet. He posted it on rxmuscle back in June

MEAL #1: 10 whole eggs with 1 cup oats-- eat cooked
MEAL #2: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #3: 6 McDonalds Cheeseburgers with Fries and 2 Apple Pies
MEAL #4: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)

MEAL #8: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)

MEAL #10: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)

Yeah Dave P has me eating tons of food including olive oil and macadamia nut oil.
Took me a while to get used to eat that much
 
Olive oil in your post workout shake? Why would you want to slow the digestion PWO?

The man is a freak. Insanely strong. Huge and lean. Got it all.

I am not at all suprised it take hims that much i would almost expect more.
 
I'm not an expert but the guy is pushing 300lbs, the strongest raw lifter on the face of the earth, and probably spends a good 2-3 hours working out in a day so 6000-6500 cals seems reasonable.

Stan lifts at my gym, the man is a fucking monster and trains like a beast, super nice too great guy.
