Strength is still steady still hitting 315 for my top set on Incline bb.

I promised details...been dealing with work and fixing my vehicle(tires and breaks)..

I have changed things up a bit...
The tri dex is pretty potent stuff.My thought is mix .5 ml tri dex,.5 ml. sust twice a week.The Tridex does have a little bite but nothing to Krazy.
 
Ok..here we go . Actually hitting my stride with these meals...See before I would train hard,but I was dealing with my issues(which I'm good there now,3 years),drinking beer(no beer in over 26 weeks.stopped counting now),and of course eating,but not clean enough or enough meals.
The last 3 weeks it's been...
Meal 1..
2 scoops whey,2 scoops collagen peptides
Meal 2..
200 grams lean ground beef..1 cup jasmine rice.
Meal 3.
2 scoops of whey.
Meal 4.
200 grams chicken breast,1 cup jasmine rice 1 cup spinach.
Been doing this for 3 weeks.Now I know it's not perfect,but it's simple and easy.Really just trying to get on track with my food..
Started at 261 lbs and was 251 yesterday..
Supps..
1 ml sust 250
1 ml Tridex 150
Training ..3 days.
Push ..pull...legs.
Cardio
20-25 min post workout
 
I train Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.. considering changing stuff around,been reading my Fortitude ebook.
I do have some cheat meals on Saturday with the fam..but I had Some mcdoubles yesterday along with my regular meals .
Weighed 253..I will get a pic today after work
 
How is the training and diet going the last month. I read about your supplements on novas thread but how's the rest?
Also the deck looked great. Where I'm at the prices of lumber and fasteners are absolutely ridiculous. Looks great though.

Bro I just saw these posts...sorry about that..I have been training,although I just took a week off due to having some teeth pulled..
You should see that deck now..biggest one we've done...It's like a house
 
I had to take a week off because I got two teeth pulled...I lost 10lbs in a week...So now I am in the process of getting back to normal..
I weighed 250.2 yesterday..
Food is all over the place this week...I still start with a shake and eat meat and rice for lunch,but the other two meals have been random or home cooked food.
Training is back to full body..so challenging..
Cardio is 20 min post workout...
Supps are 1 ml of test E and 1 ml of npp..start that this week .
 
Frozen mess out here...not training for a few days.Merry Xmas to everyone here!
 
How is the training going with the new year.
 
Doing good.Been off for a week letting this tattoo heal.I experimented with stretching out my shot for 10 days.That was a bad idea,well and not training.But other than that everything is going pretty good.Still doing full body,but considering doing something else.But first I need to consolidate my days better,and no xtra sets.
