Are you looking to just recomp or getting leaner and getting weight off. Sounds crazy but sometimes I feel it’s easier to just get leaner than stay roughly same weight and change body composition. When I recomp I constantly question my nutrition always worrying I am getting enough not to lose tons of scale weight (I think it’s all in my head tbh bc I want to eat more shit…lol).I decided to weigh this am on a empty stomach,250.5.I am down about 8 lbs.Missed some workouts (like 4) and missed my weekly shot.Soooo going to adjust and start pushing .
