any of you young bros out there decided on staying on all year round.. i have run about 4 cycles since the age of 21 im now 24.. each pct is gettting harder and more difficult.. i was just interested in hearing from some of you younger bros who have made the plunge to blast and cruise or just administer there own hrt... what made you decide to do it? what kind of doses do you take? what are some good precautions to follow..

just think about this first. once you take this plundge it will be a life long committment. your going to totally kill all your own ability to produce test. if i were you id take at least another year and think about it. and try different pct. like test taper this may help qith the crash.

i know im not ready to take the plunge yet i just wanted to here from some of you bros who have because it is something i have given some thought too

The longer you stay on AAS the less effective they are.
If you take reasonable cycles train hard and eat right year round you will be fine.
If people eat junk and take high doese of AAS no amount of PCT is going to help them keep their gains because most of it was water.

why not do bridges with low dose d-bol (10mg morning) or anavar, this is a better option, still get back up to 90% hpta..........i prefer using igf, pgf2a and off the anabolics completely..im 23 BTW.

have you tried insulin, pgf2a, igf, GH, clen, tribulus, kre-alkalated creatine there is so many other options to keep your gains without messing up yor hpta......

Dave Pulcinella

read the Dave Pulcinella thread, every page if you have the time. he is a great example of a competitor who DID NOT stay on year round and respected his health and STILL did major damage as a competitor. unless you are a genetic freak and can see yourself being a top tier competitive bodybuilder i would not even THINK about year round. save that for when you are older and REALLY need the therapy. my 2 cents -STEELE

seriously, read the Pulcinella thread.

Are you really recovering with a couple weeks of pct and then going back on?It seems the yoyo effect of going off and on would be harder than just staying on year round. Most guys who stay on year round stay on test and cycle other things in but lets get more opinions.

Thats False!!

long term steroid cycles, although detrimental to your health, actually cause more muscle growth through activation of satellite cells.

I am referring to the fact the longer one stays on AAS the less effective they are and they continually up doses and change the compounds (to "feel" them and keep "gaining".) Gains on AAS are misleading as when these guys come off their "magic happens at 2 grams and above" cycles they shrink up like raisins in the sun.
No thanks for me.
I gurantee you guys that megadose cycles and then come off, are smaller than the guys that cycle sensibly and take time off.
It's all about what's left in the end when you come off and believe me everyone comes off some time.
anyone that cycles off and then goes back on can tell you how effective the AAS are as they blow up and feel really good vs staying on all the time potentiates the sides.

I have been bodybuilding since i was 12, now almost 30. I didn't use gear until 25 or 26. Did 5 or so cycles. I have been on str8 since i was 28, and will stay ON! I have found it to be much harder on the body to go off and on, off and on! At least with a cruise your body isn't so shocked. Also, you can actually drop your dosages staying on! To gain you just up your intensity in the gym, and food at the table!
I do not reccommend anyone under 25 even begin using, and especially if there is not a sloid base build after years, and years of intense training, and eating correctly.

i agree with this. i think if you are going to do 2-3 cycles a year for the next few years you are better off just staying on. the constant yo-yoing of hormones/ weight is very hard on your body and will make it no eaiser to recover in the long run. cruising at low does for long periods of at say 200 mg test a week and then ramping it up produces better gains than going off/ going on.

best part about cruising is you lean how effective a low dose of test actually is. funny thing is i weigh 240 on 250 mg of sus a week. i never thought this would be possible as it usually took a hardcore stack of designers or a high dose of test with drol. now i realize this is not necessary to reach my goal. in the long run staying on helped me learn about my body and stear clear of the mega dosing i was headed for. i will probably never use over 500mg of test a week again as all "more" does is bloat you and make you feel like ass.

this is my experience and i made this decision based on the fact that i will probably be doing HRT forever. this is not for everyone and definitely not for someone in there 20's. i am 32 and feel that even i may have started a little too soon.

I agree.

awesome responses to this thread.. i would like to stay on low doses of test but i hate being dependent on things.. i will continue to cycle until im into my thirties and then consider hrt.. thanks bros
